Information Security Policy
Acran Bogazici Kimya information security policy.
Our company operates in the purchase and sale of plastic raw materials. We are committed to protecting confidentiality, integrity and all physical and electronic information assets. Information and information-security requirements will be aligned with our corporate objectives. Our management will remain open to change, employ well-trained and competent personnel, provide the funding needed to compete in the sector, and maintain sufficient equipment and infrastructure. The necessary financing will be provided together with this infrastructure and personnel. Business continuity and emergency plans, data-backup procedures, protection against viruses and computer intrusions, access-control systems and information-security incident reporting form the foundations of our operations. Findings and threats identified through risk assessments will be addressed to provide secure access to the information of our customers and employees.
We will also determine our objectives through risk assessments and provide the resources and conditions required to achieve them.
To implement this policy, we expect our employees to make the requirements of the Information Security Management System part of their way of working. Appropriate Information Security Management System training will be provided to all personnel and designated third parties.
Applicable information-security requirements, together with the opportunities and obligations they create, will be fulfilled and continuously improved. We will also support the adaptation of our company, personnel and all relevant parties to this system.
Our Information Security Policy is reviewed at least annually, or when significant changes affect the company, with the participation of management and department representatives to ensure its suitability, accuracy, effectiveness and continued currency.
